Hello Neighbor!
I'm so excited to share the finished product of this tea journal. I think it's amazing how accomplished one feels when something they've been working on finally comes together. All the hard work poured into something is no small feat and should be rewarded! Yay me!
It took me a little over two months to complete this masterpiece. I questioned myself on whether I was able to do this or not. This was my first ever, vintage themed journal. After all the vintage journals I've seen by others, I felt I had no business making one. I kept saying, it's not for me, while slowly being drawn to it.
But lo and behold, alas, this journal was born, and I was still in one piece! This journal is evidence that not everything can be rushed, no matter how quickly I want to be done. It also reminded me to enjoy the process. So often, I want to rush from one thing to the other, only looking to my destination and not taking my time through the process.
No matter how often I rush through tasks and projects, I can't rush through life and if I do, I'm sure I'll find at the end of it, great sadness. For what is life, if I haven't enjoyed the things and people within it?
