What materials are used to make your products?
We use mixed media. It's a fancy word to say we use a variety of different types of materials. We do our best to be environmentally conscious. Therefore, our journal covers are created with recyclable materials, such as cereal boxes or cardboard or old book covers.
The Pages of the book can range from a variety of cardstock paper, printer paper, book pages, magazines pages, vellum paper, junk mail paper, paper bags, etc. etc. We also reuse our scraps as much as possible by either creating something new or creating recyclable paper.
Where are your products created?
Our products are proudly created in the United States of America, in the state of North Carolina.
Our products are intentionally crafted and produced in a loving environment that is both smoke free and pet free.

Where do you source your materials?
We source our materials at a variety of places. We do our best to use what we have, which is why our products are unique and truly one of a kind.
Some, if not most of our materials come from secondhand shops. When we are running low on materials, we will ask the community to support us by donating what they have on hand and no longer need.
We do our best to avoid buying new if we don't have to.
CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you create custom journals?
Absolutely! We will send you a link to a form that ask a variety of questions to get an understanding on what you like so we can do our best to incorporate them into the journal.
Once we have those answers, we'll send you an invoice with an estimate. If that works for you, we ask for a 50% deposit and then we'll move forward.
We will send an email when we're getting ready to start on your journal. If you have any further requests for us, that would be the time to do so before we move forward.
What if I need to make a change to my custom journal?
How long will it take to make a custom journal?
We ask for 7-10 business day. If you're requesting more than one journal, we ask for an additional 7 days for each additional journal you want us to create.
Once your journal is complete, we'll send you an email with the final invoice.
What size journals do you create?
We create a variety of sizes. However, our most popular size is 5.5 x 7.5 with a spine between 1-2.5 inches.
Shipping & Receiving
What kind of packaging do you use?
We try to re-use as much recyclable packaging as we possibly can. Whether that's an old Amazon box, a thick plastic bag (that came from a package off of Amazon), or tissue paper.
The important thing is, we want your package to get there in one piece and in excellent condition!
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally but we hope someday we'll be able to.
Do you ship internationally?
How long will it take to ship?
We use USPS to ship our products. It should take no more than three days unless it's a holiday.
However, please bear in mind that we have no control over the shipping once it's left our building. We do provide tracking with all of our orders.
FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY
My product arrived damaged...now what?
We ask for 7-10 business day. If you're requesting more than one journal, we ask for an additional 7 days for each additional journal you want us to create.
Once your journal is complete, we'll send you an email with the final invoice.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days from the time your product is received. We expect our products to be returned unused & still new. You will be responsible for shipping or returning the product in person.
Once we receive the product, please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund. We do not accept returns for custom journals or orders.

Do you ever have any promotions?
We offer an "End of Year Sale" beginning the day after Thanksgiving, in order to empty our inventory and start afresh.
Throughout the year, we strive to create quality products at fair market prices. However, we are opened to bargaining at the market.
Our goal is to have you write and create keepsakes. We don't want our prices to keep you from memory-keeping.
Do you provide gift options?
How sweet! We would be happy to send our product to a recipient or recipients of your choice; whether that's anonymously or not.
