IT'S LIFE

Hey Neighbor,

It all started with wanting to do something with my free time. I'm an encourager by default. I can encourage anyone who isn't me & creating cards was a way to do it.

Then there was journaling. I've been journaling since I was a teenager. It was my outlet, my voice in an environment where I didn't have a voice. I didn't think what I was doing was anything special. I mean, I'm just taking paper and creating art in a sense but to others, I was creating masterpieces! I'm a little more modest than that. It was hard to see what they were seeing but it brought me a lot of joy, so I kept going.

Now here we are. It's become a thing. I try not to make it a big thing, more so a fun-thing. Somewhere along the way, I picked up a few new tools and became a little more conscious about mother nature. It's amazing what scrap paper can do when it's reuse. It's like making something completely new from what should of been trash!

Sending cards and writing in journals may seem old (so call me old school) but I hope it'll never go out of style. There's something classic about giving someone a handmade card that makes one feel thought of.

I started with a simple idea filled with lots of love and now I put careful thought into all I do. I hope you enjoy all we have to offer, and share the experience with others but most importantly, that you will find a treasure among the Papyrus.

Until next time friend,

Ruthie
