General Condition & Handmade Nature:

• Handmade Craftsmanship: Most of our products are handmade or upcycled items. Due to the nature of hand binding, natural materials, and hand-finishing, variations in color, grain, stitching, paper deckle, texture, etc etc. are inherent to the product and make each piece unique.

• Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

Orders & Pricing:

• Pricing: All prices listed are in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment: Payments are processed securely at checkout via our authorized third-party payment gateways. Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared.

• Order Corrections: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing or product descriptions, and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time.

Custom Orders:

If you order a custom or personalized journal:

• You are responsible for verifying all spelling, text, dimensions, and specifications provided to us prior to processing your order.

• Non-refundable: Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun, unless delivered damaged or defective.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Fulfillment: Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer during checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Tracking is provided with every purchase.

• Delivery Delays: Estimated shipping dates are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or lost items.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges:

Standard Items: Unused, standard (non-custom) journals and/or products may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery or received (in-person). Items must be returned in their original condition.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–72 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Newsletter & Email Communications:

• Subscription: By opting into our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails regarding shop updates, new journal releases, and special promotions.

• Unsubscribing: You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email or contact us directly.

• Promo Codes: Discount codes distributed via newsletter or promotional channels are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, have no cash value, and are subject to expiration dates.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All content on this website, including images, journal designs, graphics, text, logos, and overall site design, are the exclusive property of Papyrus Treasures and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability:

Papyrus Treasures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
